Common Cause Public Foundation (PF), as part of its observation, studied the financing of election campaigns in the cities of Bishkek and Osh, since the transparency of cash flows in political parties and their influence on election results are important and prepared an analysis of the formation and spending of election funds for parties that overcame the 7% barrier cities of Bishkek and Osh.
