Observers of the Public Foundation "Common Cause" completed monitoring of the voting day outside the premises in the repeated elections of deputies of local keneshes in the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Tokmok. In total, 43 PECs were covered, including 25 in Bishkek, 15 in Osh and three in Tokmok. There were no serious violations at the monitored sites, except for procedural violations at one site in the city of Osh. Observers of Common Cause continue monitoring the repeat elections
Observers of the public foundation Common Cause continue monitoring the repeated elections of deputies of local keneshes in the cities of Bishkek, Osh, and Tokmok. Compliance with electoral legislation is monitored by more than 50 volunteers who plan to reach 95 polling stations, including 62 in Bishkek, 29 in Osh, and four in Tokmok. Volunteers of the Common Cause monitor the observation of the election process during voting outside the premises. It is planned to cover 95 PECs. On 18 of them, voting has already ended, 102 voters were able to fulfill their civic duty. Serious violations, according to observers, were not recorded at 12:00. Repeated elections. There are more women than men among voters
According to the CEC, 617,517 voters are included in the final list for the re-election of deputies of city councils, including 266,479 men and 351,38 women. As for the age indicator, the majority of voters are in the age groups 18-29 and 30-39 years old - 154.4 thousand and 147 thousand, respectively. Least of all voters are over 70 years old - 38.8 thousand. 10.07.2021
